Dedicated help since 2001
I have been a member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2001. Prior to that, I gained professional experience in the investigation of criminal cases for 20 years.
I provide protection at all stages of the criminal proceedings, I also undertake to represent the victim and assist witnesses.
Since I started working as a lawyer, I have also provided legal representation in immigration law cases, I speak Russian at a high level, so I can represent the legal cases of third-country nationals in this area without the use of an interpreter. I also deal with the drafting and countersigning of real estate sales contracts, the establishment of companies, and I provide legal assistance to individual entrepreneurs.

In criminal cases, I provide defense at all stages of the criminal proceedings. In addition, I undertake to represent the victim and assist the witness in the proceedings.
From the beginning of my legal practice, I also provide legal representation in immigration law cases. I speak Russian at a high level, so I can handle matters related to the acquisition of residence and long-term residence permits of third-country nationals more easily, without the help of an interpreter.
I also provide legal representation in the field of real estate law. This includes the drafting and countersigning of sales contracts and the provision of legal representation during the land registry procedure.
In addition to the above, we also deal with the establishment of companies, including those that establish the residence of third-country nationals and the acquisition of long-term residence rights.

Dr. Bence Enyedi
Trainee lawyer
Bence graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2025 with very good results. From September 2025, he will continue to assist me as a candidate lawyer.
His tasks include:
- electronic administration in immigration matters on the Enter Hungary platform,
- electronic administration with courts and investigative authorities,
- liaising with investigative authorities during the investigation of criminal cases and participating in trials.
- he assists me in preparing and editing real estate purchase contracts and in preparing and submitting documents related to business entities to the Commercial Court.
Thanks to his excellent English language skills and knowledge of English legal terminology, he has the opportunity to maintain contact with English-speaking clients.
